With a degree in Interior Architecture/Design, I have over 8 years of involvement in Residential Design. I have helped in the design of approximately 90+ homes, whether it is new construction or existing home renovations.

By spending a little money initially, you can save more over time, by having your own personal designer to pay attention to the details that you may not have time for.

Also, in this housing market, you may need to spend money to make money by doing some minor work or staging to make your home dazzle.
